Summit Medical Group of Oak Ridge
Welcome! Summit Medical Group of Oak Ridge is pleased to welcome you to our practice. Our website provides you with information about our physicians, nurse practitioners, office hours, appointments, maps, directions to our office and other useful information. Our physicians and staff are qualified, experienced, and caring.
We embrace learning by partnering with local colleges to serve as preceptors to future medical students, residents, physician assistants, nurse practitioners, and medical assistants.
Our physicians maintain recognition in achieving outstanding diabetic outcomes by the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services. We are top performers in diabetic care as recognized by the Physician Quality Reporting System. We also have NCQA recognition for cardiovascular disease management.
The practice has made available to patients the ability to meet one on one with a pharmacist, social worker and care coordinator. This approach has been well received by patients and has shown better outcomes in disease management.
