Our practice has been serving the Oak Ridge area for greater than 70 years. We’ve undergone many transitions but remain the same, quality practice that this area is used to for Primary Care needs. Today, we have grown to 18 providers and, in addition to Family Care and Internal Medicine, offer onsite Physical Therapy, Lab, Xray and Ultrasound.

We are nationally certified by the NCQA as a Patient-Centered Medical Home. This means that we utilize a team of caregivers to provide care to our patients in a comprehensive and coordinated fashion. Through this we hold ourselves accountable for patients’ physical and mental health needs, including prevention and wellness, acute care and chronic care.
